It features an intelligent roasting curve system with preset profiles for over 200 popular global bean varieties, allowing beginners to access them with a single click. Custom profile storage allows for recording 12 parameters, including roasting time, temperature variations, and damper settings, making it easy to replicate signature flavors and addressing the inherent quality issues of hand-roasted coffee. After roasting, an independent rapid cooling system cools the beans from high temperature to room temperature within 3 minutes, locking in the aromatic compounds developed during roasting and ensuring a yield rate of over 96% for premium beans.
