Gofine machines debuted at the Egyptian Agricultural Exhibition! Chinese fertilizer granulation equipment solutions are favored by customers in Africa and the Middle East.
The Egyptian Agricultural Exhibition was recently successfully held. As a Chinese foreign trade company specializing in fertilizer equipment, we showcased our full range of fertilizer granulation equipment and customized solutions. During the exhibition yesterday and today, we successfully welcomed over 100 fertilizer industry customers from Africa and the Middle East, including Egypt, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. With our core advantages of “high adaptability, high cost-effectiveness, and comprehensive service,” we became the focus of the exhibition and laid a solid foundation for expanding into the fertilizer equipment market in the Middle East and Africa.
At the exhibition, we highlighted core equipment such as roller extrusion granulators, heavy-duty disc granulators, and rotary drum granulators, offering customized solutions tailored to the specific fertilizer production needs of Africa and the Middle East. For small and medium-sized African farms, which require diverse raw materials (such as cow dung and straw) and flexible production capacity, we recommended the roller extrusion granulator (with an hourly capacity of 0.3-5 tons). Its 304 stainless steel construction is resistant to humic acid corrosion, making it suitable for granulating high-fiber raw materials. It is also easy to operate, requiring only one person to operate. For large-scale fertilizer plants in the Middle East, which require large-scale production and high-temperature, dry environments, we highlighted the 3.6-meter heavy-duty disc granulator (with a daily capacity of 192-360 tons). Equipped with intelligent temperature control and dust control, it operates stably in dry and dusty environments, achieving a pellet formation rate exceeding 90%, meeting the needs of regional agricultural supply wholesalers.
During the exhibition, customers expressed strong interest in the equipment’s international compliance and local adaptability. We demonstrated the equipment’s operational procedures on-site, emphasizing that all granulating equipment complies with EU EC environmental standards, contains no metal contamination from material-contacting parts, and can easily pass quality inspections in the Middle East and Africa. Furthermore, the equipment supports a wide voltage range of 110V/220V/380V, adapting to local power grids. Key components are from internationally renowned brands, and our after-sales service team provides 24-hour online technical support, alleviating customer concerns about difficult maintenance. Several Egyptian and South African customers expressed interest in collaborating on-site, hoping to further advance equipment trials and production line planning.
The Egyptian Agricultural Exhibition was not only a showcase for China’s fertilizer equipment capabilities, but also an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of market needs in the Middle East and Africa. Going forward, we will continue to optimize equipment performance and upgrade solutions tailored to regional needs. For example, we will add a raw material pretreatment module for African customers and enhance equipment heat dissipation for Middle Eastern customers, helping more Middle Eastern and African customers achieve scaled-up, high-quality fertilizer production.
