As a Chinese foreign trade company specializing in coffee equipment, our coffee processing equipment production line is centered around modular adaptability and dual product line coverage. Through flexible combinations of core equipment, it can be used to build a production line for finished bagged coffee beans or quickly switch to a coffee powder production line. Our products have been exported to over 50 countries and regions across Europe, America, and Asia, helping coffee workshops and brand manufacturers overcome the pain points of difficult equipment adaptation, single production lines, and high expansion costs. We offer a customized, highly efficient Chinese solution for the global coffee processing industry.
The production line’s core advantage lies in its modular and flexible design. The finished bagged coffee bean production line consists of a coffee roaster, a peeler, a color selector, and a packaging machine. The roaster, constructed of 304 stainless steel, supports a variety of production capacities from 1 to 20 kg, with precise temperature control to lock in the coffee flavor. The peeler automatically removes the silver skin from roasted coffee beans, removing over 99% of impurities. The color selector uses photoelectric recognition to screen out off-color beans, ensuring the quality of the finished product. The packaging machine supports bag sizes from 50 to 1000 g and features integrated nitrogen filling for freshness preservation and date printing. The entire line has a daily production capacity of 120 to 480 kg, meeting the needs of small to medium-sized batches of bagged coffee beans.
To switch to a coffee powder production line, simply add a dedicated grinder after the roasting, peeling, and color selection stages and replace the packaging machine with a filler. The grinder can precisely adjust the fineness (from ultra-fine espresso to coarse drip) to accommodate various brewing scenarios. The filler can fill 10-500g cans/bags and features an anti-oxidation sealing system to prevent the coffee grounds from coming into contact with air and losing their aroma. Without requiring a complete production line renovation, the switch can be completed within one day, enabling “one line for both products,” significantly reducing expansion costs.
The production line is optimized for diverse global scenarios: All contact components comply with EU EC 1935/2004 food contact standards and US FDA certification, eliminating metal contamination. It supports a wide voltage range of 110V/220V, adapting to diverse environments, from high-temperature and high-humidity workshops in Southeast Asia to constant-temperature workshops in Europe. Equipped with a bilingual Chinese and English central control system, it allows for pre-set parameters for over eight process steps, including “coffee bean roasting – packaging” and “coffee powder grinding – filling.” Workers can master this process after just three hours of training.
Currently, this production line has enabled a Korean coffee brand to achieve dual production of “bagged coffee beans” and “canned coffee powder,” with monthly sales exceeding 100,000 units. A Brazilian coffee workshop has also increased processing efficiency by 40% and reduced labor costs by 30%. Our coffee processing equipment production line offers customized production capacity and product types, combining flexibility and efficiency, making it a reliable partner for expanding into the global coffee equipment market. Future modules such as flavor detection and automatic loading can be added to further enhance production automation.
